Zeiss Plan-Apochromat 10x/0.45 Microscope Objective Lens (1063-139). Optical System: Infinity Color Corrected (ICS).

Cover Glass Correction: 0.17mm. Minor cosmetic damage to the plastic light baffle/aperture mask ring at the rear mount. Objective still installs and works properly. Please refer to photos and let me know if you have any questions!
