The Olympus UPlanApo TIRF 60X/1.50 NA/OFN 22/UIS2/BFP1 Microscope Objective is a high-quality microscope objective designed for biological laboratory use. Made by Olympus in Japan, this unit has a magnification of 60x, making it ideal for detailed imaging of samples from single molecules to large cells with a wide field of view e. 190 micrometer diameter in the specimen plane with a Hamamatsu Orca Fusion 2.0 sCMOS camera while retaining high sensitivity and resolution.

Provides excellent performance in a variety of demanding imaging applications, including those using total internal reflection fluorescence (TIRF), HILO, epifluorescence, and DIC. The correction collar allows for correcting spherical aberration in glass substrates 0.13-0.19 mm thick, with calibration markings for 23 and 37 degrees Celsius. Must be used with an appropriate immersion oil, such as the recommended Olympus IMMOIL-F30CC1-2 low-fluorescence immersion oil.

Clean only with optics-grade tissue.
